Fiaseman Rural Bank Plc (FRBPLC), one of the leading Rural Banks in Ghana was licensed to operate in November 1983 as Bogoso Area Rural Bank Limited as an integrated Rural and Community Bank with its Head Office at Bogoso in then Wasa West District of the Western Region of Ghana. In March 2004, the name was changed to Fiaseman Rural Bank Limited.
